Return Policy for Embroidered Products

At Hannah Louise Stitches, each embroidered piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our embroidered products, we can only accept returns or exchanges in specific circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for faulty or damaged items. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

As each embroidered product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or personalized/custom orders.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hlstitches@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
