H L Stitches Embroidered products are handmade to order 2-4 business days.

Colourflo Bargello Needlepoint Kits are ready to ship and typically dispatch within 2 business days.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation via the commissions service.

PDF Downloads are delivered instantly to your email after purchase.

Shipping Methods & Costs

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or an equivalent courier service and are tracked with higher value orders also requiring signature.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, size and value.
